Muller Martini stitching systems

All binding lines are available in a choice of sizes and are highly automated systems to produce full productivity with versatility for the printer.

MBO paper folding machinery

MBO in America sells the most complete line of paper folding machinery available. MBO offer a full collection of folding machines in sizes 18” x 26” up to a sheet size of 63” x 80”. MBO offer machines with maximum flexibility to suit the most discerning requirements of in-plant printing, quick-print, mailing operations, commercial printers, trade binderies and bookwork production shop performing web or digital work.

Polar guillotine cutters and Stahl folding machines

Heidelberg is now the supplier of Polar guillotine cutters and Stahl folding machines. Polar Mohr have incorporated lifting, lowering, loading, jogging, buffering, cutting, transporting and unloading into their automatically controlled systems. The most popular Polar cutters are Polar 66, 78, 92, 115, 137, 155, 178, the Compucut and the Pile turner. The Stahl folder TH/KH has changeover times brought down by automation components with the output being increased. Offered with an option of flat pile feeder or round continuous feeder or pallet feeder.
